Welcome to BloxyBlitz. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use BloxyBlitz. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time.

2. Nature of the Platform

BloxyBlitz is an entertainment platform that allows users to wager virtual items (specifically Bubble Gum Simulator Infinity pets) in various game modes. Virtual items wagered on this platform hold no real-world monetary value. BloxyBlitz is not a gambling service and does not facilitate the exchange of virtual items for real currency.

3. No Affiliation with Roblox

BloxyBlitz is an independent, third-party platform. We are not endorsed by, affiliated with, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation or any of its subsidiaries. "Roblox" and related marks are trademarks of Roblox Corporation.

4. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not share your verification credentials or attempt to access another user's account. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: (a) use bots, scripts, or automated tools; (b) exploit bugs or vulnerabilities; (c) engage in collusion or market manipulation; (d) harass other users; (e) attempt to reverse-engineer the platform; (f) create multiple accounts to circumvent bans or restrictions; (g) upload profile pictures that are offensive, explicit, sexual, or otherwise inappropriate. Staff may reset any profile picture at their discretion, and repeated violations may result in a ban.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban any account that violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or otherwise disrupts the platform. Suspended accounts may forfeit any balance or pending transactions.

7. House Edge, Fees & Taxes

Game outcomes are determined by our Provably Fair system, which uses cryptographic hashing to ensure neither the house nor the player can manipulate results. See our Provably Fair page for technical details.

BloxyBlitz charges a 3% platform tax on the total pot of every coin-staked game. The tax is calculated on the combined stakes of all participants, applied at settlement, and deducted from the winner's payout. For example, a head-to-head match with two 100,000 coin stakes forms a 200,000 coin pot, of which 6,000 coins are retained as tax and 194,000 coins are paid out. The same 3% rate applies to every coin game regardless of stake size, and no game is exempt.

Converting pets to coins on the Marketplace is subject to a separate conversion fee, which is displayed on the Marketplace page before you confirm any conversion.

Pet-staked games (Coinflip and Jackpot) currently transfer the full pet pot to the winner. If a tax is introduced on pet-staked games, the mechanism and rate will be published here and on the affected game pages before it takes effect.

All platform tax and fee revenue is recorded in an internal ledger for accounting purposes. We may change fee rates at any time; the rate in force at the moment a game settles is the rate that applies to that game.

8. Limitation of Liability

BloxyBlitz is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any losses of virtual items, account issues, or service interruptions. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of items deposited in the preceding 30 days.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration. You agree to waive your right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
