The server commits to a SHA-256 hash before a round resolves. The verifier derives the deterministic roll from HMAC-SHA256(serverSeed, clientSeed:nonce), then applies the game's published outcome rule. Coinflips resolve from SHA-256(serverSeed-randomSeed) with each side's win chance equal to its value share of the pot.
